The pulling board system consists of motor, hydraulic motor, pulling board trolley, sprocket, chain, etc. Under the control of the relay, the motor drives the hydraulic motor, through the chain drives the left and right pulling board trolley to finish taking the pulling board, the pulling board system adopts intelligent control, both pulling the board when the action is slow, fast, slow, can do not only improve the efficiency of the pulling board but also protect the role of the filter board. The speed of pulling the plate can be controlled according to the skill of the operator. This system greatly improves the working cycle of the filter press and effectively reduces the labour intensity of the workers.
